The kittens at the back seem to be a tough lot; all four come rushing in twice a day for biscuits. Their mum still holds back and snarls and hisses and growls, but her kids know there's nothing to fear in this house. In a few weeks I'll be looking for homes if anyone cares to adopt a pair of small kittens with no pedigree?
