That's Purr-Fect!
Au is in the Star today, having the back of his neck rubbed.
At the moment the little fluff is flat out on the sofa, enjoying a light snooze before lunch.
But the clouds are gathering and if it's anything like yesterday, we're in for a spectacular thunder and lightening storm.
As Au is a bit of a coward about noise, that will send him straight under the bed.
Apparently lightening doesn't strike there!

Thunderstorms can be frightening for many cats and dogs. Funny how the bed seems to help!

We don't have thunderstorms but we don't like loud noises so would be scairt of thunder too. We do like to have the back of our neck rubbed too though!

Hey, I don't like those storms either, I hide...I mean I go under the bed and protect the dust bunnies!
We don't like thunder boomies either - we try and hide or sit on mum's knee for a cuddle.
In our house, Simba is afraid of thunder storms, but I'm not.

It's alright, Au! Thunderstorms can be scary for everyone! My Rowdies are less afraid of fireworks and thunderstorms than they are of the didgeridoo, though.
Au you look very happy getting those scritches! And don't worry - we hide from storms too!
the sound that scares the cats here the most...a cat yowling in a movie, like happened tonight when I was watching 'Three Colours-Blue'
