Snowball and Snowflake live in our local aquarium shop.

In answer to your question, Ruby and Pearlene wear clothes for the fun of it and for warmth in the winter. Ruby the lighter colored chihuahua has very little hair and always likes to wear a little shirt. If she's not wearing one she shivers and also itches a lot.
Whenever they see me with their clothes they come running and lift up a front paw to help me put them on.
