Target has his own spot on the sofa, a favourite corner where none of us dare to sit. To make sure we all know it's his, and so that we don't tresspass, he streeeetches out as far as he can.
I try to be polite but when I can't stand it any longer, I tickle his tummy and give him kisses.
It wasn't till I met the cat bloggers that I realised there is a word for this, "snorgle". It's purrfect!

Yes, the Katnip Lounge is right....we do spend considerable time getting all that human scent and slobber off our gorgeous furs! And "snorgle" is the purrfect word, our mom didn't know it, either, until she came across the CB!

Oh I do that with my Mimi all the time. And then she has to bathe of course. Smokey is our couch hogging kitty, but he isn't beyond biting to keep us off his spot lol.

Snorgles is a great word... I can get away with it with Posky, Pepper and Mrs Pod, if I took liberties like that with Charlie he'd probably rip my ears off!
