I am an office cat. This is a furry important position.
Today I would like to share 3 tips that make my mummy-cat squeal with pleasure.
1. Always lie with your nose on the keyboard so you keep the CAPS lock button down. THIS HELPS YOUR HUMAN GET THE MESSAGE ACROSS.
2. If your pet human sighs, raise your head and push the F1 button with your chin. This puts up the HELP screen.
3. When it's time for a snack, wriggle your ears until the ESC button makes a ticking sound. This will freeze the screen and give your pet a hint that enough is enough.
By following these tips you too can be a great office manager. Trust me!

I like to jump on the keyboard and hold it down so that it does a whole lot of whatever I am standing or sitting on... But perhaps I should be more like you and a little bit more subtle.

Great tips, Target, I will haf to try them out! I like to bonk the screen wif my head, too. It's my way of saying hi to whoever mama is chatting wif.
um - please don't spread this around. Bad enough that when mom posts from home that Mo likes to stand in front of the screen. If you give him more ideas, she will never get anything posted from home. :)

Target, I've found locking down the Esc button is a great thing to do too. My human pet never fails to give me her attention when I do that and the screen frozes. If for some reason it fails, I've found that getting up and walking on the keyboard makes her squeal and pick me up for a cuddle on her lap. Try it! :)
Target - thank you for this most interesting post - we are both trying to remember those most important buttons to press for when we are being ignored (all the time!). We will get quicker as we use them which we are sure will be often!

Aaaaaah, nice to know these things.
Oh those are awesome tips, Target. I must try the esc button one.I like to walk across the entire laptop. Mom worries my weight is going to break something one day.

Hahaha ! great tips ! fortunately my cats are not so interested in keyboards, more on the TV remote control ! You watch the murderer raise his knife and ..... suddenly we are in a zoo show with lots of animals !

My Rowdies have learned to switch the monitor off when it is snack time!
I usually just lie down across Mummy's hands as she is typing or sit up to block her view of the screen!

Sometimes I put my foot on the computer power button and turn it off. That gets mum really mad!
