Sleepy!

Run your mouse over Target to see what he's thinking
We've been having disturbed nights.  Last night Target woke me up at about 2AM.  He couldn't sleep so he was sneaking out of the bed to go stretch his paws.

Unfortunately our clumsy fluff trampled all over me on his way out of bed, so I woke up.

I moved and by doing so moved against Guido who woke up.

All three of us were awake, listening to T-man do his tiger impression.

We did the whole thing again at 4AM at which point I offered the furred ones biscuits, and went to the spare room that's dark and quiet.

Guido and Target went for a walk and joined me about 15 minutes later.  At 7AM it was time to start the week and all three of us have been yawning over my coffee.  Now Target has decided enough's enough and he's gone for a nap.

Wish I could.

Happy Monday!

Sounds to me like every one (including the human) needs a nap. M said she feels one coming on too, but it's a little too early.

If I were a cat I would be glad to be a cat too and sleep all day Monday if I want to!

that's the advantage they have over us; they can easily catch up on the lost sleep.

Eric used to do that and wake mum 2 or 3 times a night walking over her head. She says I am a good boy because I sleep right through until she gets up.

Isn't it great how they wake us up, we are up, but they can drop into a nap at any moment.

It's a good thing kitties have lots of time to catch up on sleep during the day ;)

Don't they know Mommy needs her rest! I guess "play time" is anytime.

He should come wake me up. I can get up, feed the Rowdies, and fall right back to sleep without any recollection of having fed them.

You got biscuits at 4AM? Hmm, obviously we need some changes around here! Thanks for the idea! Purrs...

That was sweet of you to feature me on your Facebook. We couldn't comment there because we are not Facebookers, but we were able to see my picture and scroll down and see some of the other friends you have featured.

I often envy the schedule of housecats.

Fortunately, Luna generally sleeps quietly with me on the bed, or gets up to explore without disturbing me.

Sorry to hear that sleep has been scarce in your house. Lucky Target ... if only we could all take a nap whenever we wanted to. :)
